If the Trial period is completed the service stops searching for the customers or people with the Search keyword. So you would need to upgrade the plan. If the Trial plan is expired the billing page will display all the details of the Trial plan and asks the you to upgrade the plan as shown here.

You can upgrade the plan either from dashboard page or from the billing page by clicking the upgrade button on the page. You will be redirected to pricing page as shown here.

If we click on the pay button it takes you to the Pay pal website as shown.

After paying the amount through pay pal the plan is activated and the billing page will be updated as follows.

Sign in with Twitter account to authorize app.

Enter Tweet4business.com in the address bar of the Browser to get into the application.Tweet4busness.com lands with home page as shown here.

Click on login or Try for free buttons to sign up. The next screen is on the side.

Click on sign in with twitter button to sign in to Tweet4business.com which will redirect you to twitter.com to authorize the application. You need to have an account in twitter.com to login with his your username and password as shown on the right through twitter.

After entering the login details click on authorize app button which will take you to the terms and conditions page of tweet4business.com.

Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the I agree button and then press the next button. You will be redirected to the profile page to fill in your profile details.

Changing your Profile

Agree the terms and conditions by clicking the radio buttons and press next button and it redirects to profile page which user needs to fill his profile details.

After completing the all the details click on update, the information will be saved and you will be redirected to the dashboard page.

The dashboard page welcomes you with your first name, subscription plan, searches per day and expiry date. You can also upgrade your plan from here. The dashboard contains the menus highlighted within the box below. From here you can look at your campaign and edit it as your plan allows. See your responses, profile and billing and change your password.

By clicking these buttons it redirects to the appropriate pages of their names.

Set the campaign

Sign in with Twitter account to authorize app.

The next step is to set your campaign. By clicking the campaign button you will be redirected to the campaign page as shown here.

Insert the search word and location. People who have used this search/key word while tweeting or in some way in twitter within the location which you specified will be searched and then included in your responses. Then you can interact with the person by tweeting or by following. Remember to follow the best practices of Twitter and not to aggressively follow and un follow multiple users as this could result in the suspension of your account. After clicking the update button you will receive a message that the Campaign has been set as shown here.

If the you are in the Trial plan. The billing page will display all the details of the Trial plan and will ask you to upgrade the plan as shown here.

Now if you come back to the dashboard page you will see the Campaign analytics as shown here.

Campaign analytics displays the number of search responses for which the search/key word and location was set up in the campaign.

Getting the responses

Searches per day are set as a maximum per plan. You will see the number of responses here depending on which plan you have signed up for. The example below is for the Trial plan. Shown are the total matches so far for the day in the trial plan. 16 people were found who had used the "hi" search/keyword in Hyderabad location and the remaining searches are shown as searches left per day 9.

You can see the responses in responses page as shown here. The responses page shows Search history and which plan the you have. Below you will see the start date, search text ( Search/key word) and the total matches from your campaign. The magnifying glass is under the words view and is explained in our next step.

Viewing the reports and tweeting or following

The reports-view page contains all the people or customers details who have used the search/key word "business" and a filter in the dropdown contains dates (searches received dates or found on dates) the table below has a column Found which is filtered by the dates. It shows twitter profile image, Twitter id as name, location, found on, tweet, and two buttons tweet and follow. If You click on the twitter profile image a new window opens with the Twitter profile of the customer or the person as shown here.

By clicking on the profile "Social NPR". In a new window the profile Social NPR has opened. If you click on the tweet button of Social NPR a popup will be opened for you to write your tweet. You can see an example in the next step. * Please note you must disable your pop up blocker for this to work properly.

Use the tweet button highlighted here. And a small window will appear.This small window can be used to compose new tweet. You can only enter 120 characters due to twitter limiting tweets to 120 characters. After composing the tweet click on the send button. The tweet is sent to the person or the customer and the reports page is updated to display the tweet in tweet column with a message "Tweet has sent successfully"

Here the blue color shows the twitter users name followed by the tweet message you sent. The tweet button will disappear and a check mark with tweet sent date is shown as a message. If the you click on the follow button a success message and a check mark with the date is shown in place of the follow button as shown here.

Here we can see the messages which are sent by you and we can see which users you are following from Your twitter account as shown here.

Profile and password

You can update your profile any number of times from the profile page as shown here.

How to unsubscribe

If you want to unsubscribe click on the unsubscribe button in dashboard page.

It will direct you to the confirmation page as shown here.

If you click on No it redirects you to the dashboard page. Or if you click on Yes it asks for the current password as shown.

After entering the current password and clicking submit the Thank you message will be displayed confirming you have unsubscribed.
